Many of our most popular wildlife photography tours begin filling years in advance—often before final dates and pricing have been announced.

To make planning easier, we offer a fully refundable $500 per person pre-deposit for tours where exact dates and final pricing are not yet available. A pre-deposit guarantees your place on the tour while allowing you to wait until the final dates and pricing have been announced before making your commitment.

How It Works

1. Reserve Your Spot
Place a fully refundable $500 per person pre-deposit to guarantee your place on any tour where final dates and pricing have yet to be announced.

2. Final Trip Details Are Announced
Once the tour dates and pricing have been finalized, we'll contact everyone who has placed a pre-deposit with the complete trip details.

3. Choose What Works Best for You
You'll have 14 days to make one of the following decisions:

• Confirm your reservation by completing the required 50% trip deposit and online registration form. Your $500 pre-deposit will be applied toward your deposit balance.

• Request a full refund of your $500 pre-deposit if you decide the trip is no longer the right fit.

If we don't hear from you within 14 days, your pre-deposit will be automatically refunded and your reserved space will be offered to the next guest.
